The Fine Print, Plainly
Privacy &
Refunds

If you're on this site, you're probably trusting us with something you don't talk about much. We take that seriously. This page explains — in plain language — what we do with your information, what we will never do with it, and how refunds work.
What we collect
If you request a free guide or join our email list, we collect your first name (optional) and your email address. That's it. If you buy a book, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details.
This site doesn't use advertising trackers or social media pixels, and we don't build profiles of your browsing. The crisis toolkit runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type into it — including the reflection prompt — is saved or sent anywhere.
What we send you
If you give us your email, here is everything you can expect:
- The guide you asked for.
- If — and only if — you opt in: a weekly recovery-focused email from The Wounded Healer Collection. It's a 52-week series that starts the week you join, plus the occasional note about a new guide. Nothing else.
Asking for a guide does not put you on the weekly emails. That is a separate checkbox you tick yourself, and the guide is sent either way.
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, immediately, no questions asked.
Discreet by design
Our emails arrive from "The Wounded Healer Collection" with neutral subject lines — nothing explicit in your inbox preview. Purchases are processed under a neutral business name so nothing explicit appears on your card statement.
What we will never do
- Sell, rent, or share your email address or any personal information with anyone.
- Send spam, or emails unrelated to recovery and this collection.
- Contact you in any way that reveals why you're on our list.
Refunds
Every paid guide comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If a guide wasn't what you needed — for any reason — reply to the email your purchase receipt or download arrived from within 30 days and say "refund," and we'll return the full amount. You don't need to explain, and you can keep the PDF.
If your download link doesn't work or the file won't open, reply to the same email and we'll make it right.
Questions
If you have a question about any of this, reply to any email we've sent you and a real person will answer.
